• Preparation of specialist, monthly, annually and consolidated financial statements as per IFRS • Support in setting up accounting and finance systems and implementation of ERP systems • Coordinating with bankers for various bank accounts and arranging finance facilities • Support in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow for the group • Preparing inter-company reconciliations, payroll and ad-hoc reporting on regular basis

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for national and international subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS • Preparing project wise costing reports to know profitability from each activity • Preparing inter-company reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis on regular basis • Liaison with internal auditor and external auditors for completion of annual audit • Managing and booking all business transactions from A to Z along with the necessary account reconciliation
