Responsible for development of accessory portfolios for Hyundai and Kia vehicles meeting customer requirements and competitive environment/product in 28 European markets, focused on: -Creating customer desire to personalize vehicles with genuine accessories -Quality product homologated to meet all legal requirements -Price (control development and manufacturing costs of accessories) -Distributor and dealer satisfaction, especially regarding availability of the product at vehicle launch

• Working as intern in the Accessories Development Team assisting market research for development of business case for each vehicle line • Product developer for mudguard kit, diesel key and locking wheel nut and key from product research to supplier selection and product coordination
