I am responsible for IT recruitment in DACH region. I operate both on permanent job opportunities and contract jobs, especially in SAP. However, I also work across major business software applications and programs. Responsibilities: - building strong relationships with candidates throughout the process; - running competence based interview (by phone); - matching candidates to suitable positions; - identifying potential candidate sources; - IT and engineering staff recruitment; - headhunting.
