-Responsible for analysis and optimization of existing business processes in SAP SD processes via incident and change requests. -Involved full life cycle implementation of the Order to Cash (OTC) process. -Preparation, organization and implementation of training courses and workshops for end users and power users of business.

-Provided functional support to end users; diagnosing and resolving application-related issues, identifying root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures. -Ensured that SLA with the clients is maintained and the issues are resolved within the deadlines. -Coordinating with technical consultant for programming related issues. -Participated into the weekly client interaction meeting and discussed on all the scheduled activities.

-Tracking and monitoring of batch jobs. -Data migration using LSMW tool. _Resolved the day-to-day problems of the users.
