Symmetric, asymmetric six-phase and five-phase inverters are at the core of investigation. Implemented continuous and discontinuous SVPWM techniques for six and five-phase inverters in Matlab and designed modulator in Simulink. Focus is on multiphase-inherent aspects of the prevention of unbalance currents as well as on power quality, switching and DC-link losses, and acoustics. Comparison is drawn with standard three phase inverter.

Matlab-Analyze-Function creation for verification of powertrain models with test measurements.
