Kiran Shetty

Responsible for managing multiple development projects on process control and automation. As a primary manager for the team my responsibilities include metrics based people and project management, planning and coordination, setting up the technical team by mentoring and training. As a member of technology specialist group, contributed towards setting technical vision and roadmap for different LOBs. Involved in requirement analysis, software design and development/coding.

Gained exposure in automotive domain and was instrumental in developing world-class Automotive Products for KPIT Cummins. Played a key role in introducing AUTOSAR specification into products developed in KPIT Cummins. As a Tech Lead, I was responsible for AUTOSAR projects, its delivery and quality. Participated in marketing initiatives such as product demos, promos and brochure design as a technical representative and subservient in getting new projects and clients to the company.

In Impelsys I worked on online publishing and e-learning platforms. Applied my design and coding skills to develop a custom search engine which was used across different products. Gained experience in understanding product lifecycle. Contributed towards developing core infrastructure for there product-line.
