One of three C.E.O. partners in the business......It is more of a "think tank" type of business.....We come up with ideas and either choose to action them ourselves or sell the ideas on to those better equipped to put them into a viable, trading position. My section is more Human Services and the Security Industry.

I have worked in the Hospitality and Events section of the security industry....Concerts, dance parties, large sporting fixtures...(here in New Zealand, our national sport is Rugby)....at the big stadiums......I was also selected for a team that worked on some large conventions....our job was to provide security and Executive protection (bodyguard) to overseas delegates. Also worked at a company previous to Red Badge Group, where I worked in a base-control over airways, doing alarm activation call-outs.
