• Lead all aspects of performance management reporting, driving the consolidation and streamlining of Operational Performance reports / KPIs to provide full transparency and to enable effective decision making at upper management levels. • Ensure stakeholder interfaces are managed for milestone planning, sub-contracting and workload / financial planning and budget control. • Secure necessary inputs for workload estimation to support the annual planning cycle.

• Training arbitration / validation, budget monitoring, preparation of and reporting on Competence Management campaign, alignment with associated Competence & Learning Managers as well as HR Business Partners, preparation of Competence gap analysis • Staffing Tool support (internal tool for workforce / workload comparison) • KPI development, implementation, monitoring of the SQCDP board • Development and implementation of a succession planning for key positions

• Managing a team of 5 – 6 members • Planning of personnel development & Gallup workshops, BEM (Betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement = Reoccupational Health Management) coordinator for Procurement • Coordinating 10 people as department representative in Germany for functional and HR related topics • Transnational project work, regularly meetings in Toulouse • Focal point for eSupplyChain (supply chain tool), interface between Procurement and IT

• Project Management Supply Chain: Planning and steering a transnational project • National Internal Deployment Leader eSupplyChain with focus on change management • Analysis of requirements, design, implementation of small applications for the supply chain on VBA basis
