• Established enhanced master data management, quality assurance and data governance processes for BCA operations within the EU, including primarily the Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark and the UK. • Ensured the 24 x 7 x 365 non-stop operation of online vehicle auctioning databases that process approximately €5 billion transactions annually. • Implemented enhanced financial wire transfer security processes with proactive anti-fraud alerting features for business-critical databases.

• Ensured the non-stop 24 x 7 x 365 operation of mission-critical databases that processed approx.€500 million of medical prescription transactions monthly. • Master data release management of government-approved drug information, data quality assurance of medical prescription databases and implemented enhanced data security and auditing processes. • Responsible for the process optimisation of multi-terabyte medical prescription processing workloads to meet and exceed SLA terms for data deliveries.

Leading the development and implementation of IT solutions for organisations including Xansa Plc, Lloyds TBS Bank, Maritz Research, Cisco Systems, British Heart Foundation, Positive Thinking Group, Opel / Vauxhall, Network Rail, Toyota, Ford and the University of Surrey.

Analysed, developed and implemented the college’s online course booking and human resource web applications. Developed and implemented a customer relationship management system for use by marketing staff. Designed and developed a variety of prototypes that helped win new projects for the IT development team. Helped establish enhanced software coding and database development standards within the IT team.

Developed an ultrasound data capture and reporting system for use by doctors and medical staff in hospitals. Designed and developed an integrated customer relationship management and asset management system. Developed a prototype to visually compare ultrasound motion videos that helped secure a partnership with HP.
