Also, KM is a kind of a sales support role where we have to help the sales team in RFP/RFI's and bid and supports. We usually distribute the knolwedge in various forms like newsletter, CHS (community Home Spaces) etc.,

was part of the British Telecom Engagement at Infosys BPO, where I was in inbound voice process. We would get call from the customers on various issues. We were the first point of contact for the UK BT customers.
