- Responsible for internal vacancies within the EMEA region - Sourcing candidates via various sourcing channels (social media, databases) and conducting phone interviews - Mentoring new team members - Building a strong relationship with the clients - Improving internal processes in order to make the team's work more efficient

• sourcing and screening candidates, candidate management • recruiting and training new team members, responsible for internal positions • creating sourcing strategies for different RPO accounts, finding new and creative ways for sourcing and advertising

Sourcing candidates: using advanced internet search techniques (Boolean Strings); using social/professional networking tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Google, Facebook); searching in our inner CV database and the database of main job portals. Candidate management (telephone screening of candidates including reviewing candidates suitability). Framing and editing job advertisements, uploading them to job portals. Executive search and selection of candidates mainly in the IT, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.
