Responsibilities included leading the engineering, production and maintenance teams to achieve performance improvements in all areas. Provide technical liaison between sales and customers.

Managed directly the Technical Sales and Manufacturing Office in Ningbo, China. This included full finacial responsibility, including budgets and forecasts. Main responsibilities were direct support of sales, set-up of sub-contractor network & in-house manufacturing, installation and managing the set-up of manufacturing equipment, technology transfer, health and safety in China and greater Asia.
