Project Procure is a boutique consulting firm specialising in procurement and contract management for clients from the private and government sector. Our team offers a wide range of expert procurement experience across many industries and delivers tangible outcomes for our clients across APAC. I am in charge of Project Procure's operations in NSW. I also lead project engagements/delivery teams and provide specialist advice across all teams for all ICT related topics.

I was responsible for group wide procurement of technical goods and services (annual expenditure 2011 approx. € 150+ million), reporting to the Vice President Corporate Procurement. I am in charge of the development and implementation of international category strategies in collaboration with C-level executives

My main focus was to lead the category for group-wide travel management strategy and process (annual expenditure € 30 million in 8 countries). I was also commodity lead for offline banking equipment and printed matters (total annual expenditure € 10 million), reporting to Head of Sourcing and for certain projects to the CEO.
