Integrated SiteMinder with existing web-based data orchestration monitoring tools and developed solutions to meet requirements from upstream and downstream components. Participated in design discussions with stakeholders to shape story implementation and enhanced the legacy web-based data orchestration application to comply with EU-GDPR requirements.

Experian assignment (Mar 2014-Mar 2015): Developed Consumer Insights using REST services, JSON transformation and Hibernate, with enhanced testing and exception handling. TecForte assignment (May 2015-Feb 2016): Developed the National Cyber Coordination and Command Centre Portal with STIX 1.1 CRUD and cyber-attack data visualization. Earlier, maintained web/Android EV charging management and reservation systems.

Customized cloud-storage portals for BT, Vodafone and KPN, improving scripts and test automation. Liaised with hosting engineers and developers and conducted exploratory testing across Windows, Windows Phone, Android, iOS and macOS. Maintained multiple web portals, developed Liferay/OpenCms portlets and templates, addressed XSS issues, integrated analytics, device detection and CAPTCHA, and mentored junior developers, QA staff and interns.

On the DHL assignment, maintained and supported a customer-identification web application while gathering enhancement requirements. On the Telekom Malaysia COINS assignment, maintained application workflows and investigated issues involving missing applicant data.
