Member of the Executive Management: responsible for financial planning, management, accounting and consolidation under local GAAPs, introducing IFRS standards of the Group (operations in Germany, USA, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia), investor relations and setting up a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) to handle further growth.

Member of the Executive Management: responsible for financial planning, management, accounting and consolidation under IFRS standards of the Group (operations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain), investor relations and complying with SIX regulatories. Monthly closing as well as reporting to the Board of Directors, risk management and financial engineering, tax optimization. Also responsible for HR, Legal, IT and Facilities.
