Responsible for design of power modules (OBC, POD, 3in1, 6in1, motors, BMS, VCU, TMS…power train) for EV and eVTOLs, semiconductor tools (LPCVD, PECVD…)

-Responsible for Optics/Electronics and SW design -Systems: Time of Flight Technology (ToF) for automotive applications, Driver Monitoring System (DMS)

-Responsible for system architecture design (HW, SW, Mechanic, Requirements, FMEA, Tests) -Systems: Power electronics control units for electrical cars (EV), battery management (BMS) and charging systems (OBC)

-Responsible for Installation of semiconductor equipment machines, further integration in fab automation and post installation activities on customer site, system troubleshooting and system performance improving, upgrade of old systems to a newest version. -Systems: Metrology and Defect Detection equipment with the highest grade of automation, handling systems, precisely optics (laser, e-beam, plasma, X-Ray) and moving systems (nanometer stages, stabilization systems)

Responsible for Design of uncooled infrared sensor matrix: -FEM Simulations of MEMS and MEOMS (mechanical, themal, electrical with Ansys) -SPICE simulations of sensor readout curcuits (Cadence) -Processing of Sensor Matrix in Cleanroom, Mask design, Process steps optimization (Etching, Deposition...) -Realization of measurement equipment (optical, electrical)

Responsible for development of a piezoelectrical driven gate resistance of an IGBT -FEM Simulations (Process and Device with Synopsis and Comsol) -Circuit design (LTSpice) -Process development and processing in clean room (including mask design) -Measurement setup development and measurements
