Developed Appium test suites for Android and iOS across physical devices and remote device farms for Vodafone Turkey's mobile app, covering billing, account management, and customer-facing flows. Performed root-cause analysis using Kibana and OS-level logs, cutting mean-time-to-triage on production incidents.

Built the company's first test automation suite from scratch for a London-based delivery app and website startup — a Java/Selenium Page Object Model framework covering end-to-end booking and checkout flows. Automated API tests with REST Assured, validated GraphQL endpoints, and created Dockerised JMeter performance suites to establish release readiness baselines.
