Ticketing system Service Now (SNOW) Solving incidents,requests,request items,buyouts,hardware procurement Maintaining AAD users and groups that were replicated from Window server Azure Intune Device enrollment (Android-Samsung work accounts, Dell and M1), MFA through Conditional Access Microsoft 365 Creating and maintaining Shared Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Security groups, Office 365 Groups Confluence / Jira Maintaining sites, pages and permissions for our DEV/SDQA/PO/ departments

Main responsibilities: VoIP - FreePBX Complete administration - from all applications through connectivity to reports LAN support Mikrotik - maintain and control the client's internal network(PC, Laptops, printers) Unifi Controller - maintain and control the client's internal WiFi(Android, laptops, printers) Assembling and configuration of Rack cabinets with all Passive and Active equipment. Supporting servers and workstations from OSI layer 1 to 7.
