• Had found and setup 3 Learning Centers for Xseed Foundation First in Madurai • Launched the XSEED Foundation First program in 3 locations in Madurai • Drive the team for enrollment of Students for the year-round after-school programme • Establish process and systems in place for seamless operations of the whole program. • Creation of a Launch Plan for the whole program including the road map of what has to be done and what not to be done.

• Negotiate and enter into a contract acquiring new restaurant partners and actively managing existing relationships, being their POC for Swiggy • Acquired big clients like Dindigul Thalappakatti, Hot Chips, Shyams Hospitality as restaurant partners for Swiggy • Have partnered with 100+ restaurants with an average service fee of 16% • Responsible for training new recruits, especially Sales Managers, and mentoring them

It has been a quiet experience running a restaurant in such a competitive market. There has been an experience for a lifetime in these two and a half years. Meeting people from suppliers to employees to customers and gained hands-on experience in maintaining relationships with all the stakeholders of the business. Managed finance and operations and had few guidance in marketing. Employee management was the most valuable experience had.
