Enhance existing products and processes: Setup project plan and assist software vendor and application development teams with system implementation in order to achieve improvements in efficiency, scalability, customer service and revenue.

Implemented new procedures and IT solutions in Front and Back office for EMIR compliance. Supported Treasury functions of ProCredit Bank and Holding by FX trading and ensured OCPs remain within set limits, maintained sufficient intraday liquidity as well as access to low-cost short-term borrowing facilities. Participated in development working groups and conducted workshops for internal software provider and users of TMS.

Supported global implementation of in-house Treasury Management System in ProCredit Institutions. Performed Gap analysis, formulated user guides and coordinated inter-company resources. Defined requirements for TMS in close coordination with software development team and conducted user acceptance tests of developments.

Support public relations and event planning for the Deutsche Bank Prize in Financial Economics. Responsible for administration and display of web content, maintenance of user database (+20,000 profiles) and quality and consistency of email marketing activities.

Assisted the Managing Director and Commerce delegation at the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 and the International Aerospace Supply Fair “Airtec”. Drew upon extensive knowledge from previous professional experience to outline opportunities in South Carolina’s automotive and aerospace industries during meetings with company executives.

Formulated, edited and clarified drafts of human capital policy briefs for publication and submission to European supranational and regional government bodies. Transformed primary research of economic indicators and regression results into policy-relevant content used to assess national and regional economic performance. Contributed to estimations and projections of current stock and future accumulation of human capital for multinational industrial corporations.

Account Management: Responsible for interface with Chinese customer, quotations, procurement, warehouse scheduling and fulfillment of kits totaling +$2MM annually

Contributed to $12.2 MM in sales by ensuring best cost for 1251 parts, utilizing MOQ leverage, implementing stock parts, expediting material, and auditing and placing orders. Coordinated efforts between functional departments (suppliers, warehouse team, Quality and Finance). Ensured the completion of order placement, material deliveries, resolution of complications prior to promise dates, and billing.

Audited and corrected import documentation and invoices with values exceeding $1MM per week. Resulted in reduced cycle times, storage costs and penalty payments. Facilitated the prevention of multiple plant shutdowns and achieved sales recognition by guaranteeing delivery of freight prior to deadlines.
