Kristi Ikemire was responsible for the creation of graphics for the news room. She worked in a fast-paced and deadline oriented enviornment. She has designed opens, lower thirds and other animating elements for programming specials such as "Garden in a City" and "The Extra Mile". Kristi also worked with the Creative Services Department to create promotional spots for upcoming news specials.

While at WGN 9 CW, Kristi Ikemire worked as a Motion Graphics Designer. She designed graphics for contest and promotional spots such as Southwest Airlines' "How Far Dit It Fly" that appears during Chicago Cubs games. She also designed opens, lower thirds and other animating elements for programming specials such as Chicago's "St.Patrick's Day Parade" and "Signsation's Humanitarian Awards."
