• Manage and maintain inter networking devices like Cisco routers, switches, access points and security devices such as Zscaler, CISCO ASA and F5 load balancer. • Perform end-to-end trouble isolation and repair on physical layer services purchased by our customers. • Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation. • Troubleshooting per the seven layers of the OSI model.

• Manage and Maintain internetworking devices like routers, switches, DHCP server, and other IT equipment like CISCO Phones, and VPN concentrators. • Keep track of inventory of all existing networking equipment like the labelling, warranties, and etc. • Prepare and update technical documentation, network (physical and logical) diagram, reports and Standard Operation Procedures & inventory listing. • Perform 7x 24 hours standby duties when assigned

• Provides site technical support/assistance for the configuration, installation and troubleshooting of desktop PCs and related peripherals. This covers but not limited to the following: Desktop PC hardware such as scanners, printers; Desktop PC Operating System such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc; and desktop application software such as Microsoft Office, Anti-virus software and other application software
