I am a qualified non-practising solicitor having trained at an international commercial law firm. Whilst at DWF I acted on behalf of numerous international and national companies on: Corporate finance transactions, including the listing of technology startups on the London Stock Exhange; Mergers & acquisitions; Commercial disputes; Intellectual property disputes, including domain name, international and domestic copyright disputes; Commercial real estate transactions; and Employment disputes.

As a project manager responsible for delivering business systems and data migration projects compliant with Agile, PRINCE 2, and ITIL on the MOD's NSOIT programme. I managed a team of over ten engineers.

As a project manager responsible for delivering information systems projects at Thales, a multinational defence and aeropsace company. I managed a portfolio of projects compliant with Agile, PRINCE 2 and IPMA which were collectively valued at over £1,300,000. I managed multiple projects with teams of over 10 people.
