Lead a team of an 8 billing officers control and manage the work of billing officers Make the shift schedule, plan the annual leaves Follow up all the documentation regarding to sales like invoices, discount notes, donations invoices, and take the need action to cancel, fix errors and help to put the invoicing process in its normal flow
