Blue Rocket Inc is a leading digital product development studio devoted to creating mobile experiences users love. I work on a team of 2-4 devs for projects which last between 3-5 months, eating, breathing and sleeping HTML5, CSS and Javascript.

Style Lend is a peer-to-peer fashion rental marketplace (think Airbnb for your closet) and Y Combinator graduate. I successfully hired the core tech team, built up operations & analytics from scratch and have been responsible for the product management of our first release on iOS.

Cooliris developed photo viewing products on mobile, web, and desktop platforms. The company is best known for the Cooliris 3D Wall, which provides a 3D-like immersive media-viewing experience. Cooliris was venture backed by KPCP,T-Venture, DAG Ventures, The Westly Group and NTT DOCOMO. Supervised content creation team of Stanford grads. Doubled weekly average of page visits and user engagements within only 2 weeks. Conducted user studies to identify friction points.

I joined Zalando's Operations PM Team right when we started building our first and Europe's largest e-commerce warehouse and expanded to 7 new markets in 1 year. I built tools to increase warehouse processing efficiencies, decrease last mile delivery spendings and lead an R&D project to innovate the customer experience for home deliveries.

Developed and implemented a cloud-based transportation management system and analyzed supply chain concepts for the automotive industry in Europe and China.

Developed audit compliance concept and market strategies for R&D projects. Implemented a new product optimizing last mile deliveries with the help of using dynamic route-planning and RFID.

Analyzed data to reduce waste of loading capacities in transportation networks. Implemented new audit and payment process for clients across Europe.
