Project and production management for UNCOVER DESIGNFEST, updates of the Bibi van der Velden new website.

Implementation of workflow process management, systems management and personnel optimization, website development, launching a new service, development of a pool of partners, consultants and end customers, finding and research of new business opportunities, analytical forecasting and management reporting, marketing research.

Finding and inviting participants, providing communication such as briefings, materials control and interviews. Financial and informational support, preparation for grant applications, communication with embassies, negotiating partnership terms with sponsors, and public relations managment.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, managing a project throughout an entire life-cycle while balancing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, creating and control project budgets. My duties were also advising, helping, and educating clients so they can achieve their global business objectives, meeting clients and constantly improving client relationships.

Running all project works, brief discussions with clients, cost estimations, considerations of estimates, all paperwork and its approval, payments, financial accounting. I was also in charge of checking and approving all the employees’ work results which demanded profound knowledge in printing technology, glass production, decoration and corking. I worked with contractors from the USA, France and China. As a result of my work there are more than twenty completed projects.
