Working in Encore gives me opportunity to explore new qualification fields and develope unique soft skills. The company builds and renews different transport electromechanical supplies for underground and railways.

I started working at Bridges and Tunnels duiring my 7th semester of studing as a junior technical specialist. I organised information from construction sites and helped mz colleages in any way possible. 7 months later I was promoted to position of Construction Engineer and now I'm in charge of most processes on one of construction sites: a 700m long tonnel in Zhukovskij.

I was 14 when I first got to know people from this company. As a desparetely intersted in constuction and architecture kid I at first asked them all everything about education and programmes they used. Soon I got to know their boss and offered her any help I could give if they keep giving me hints in construction and programms they used. And she agreed. Here I got my first experience in Autocad, Archicad, 3d Max, Construction management and 3d visusalisation. Officially I worked there for a year.

While i was looking for a summer internship I found an unique company throu my unversity contacts. The company was in charge of various bridges projects in Moscow and welcomed a new intern with arms wide open. It was a delightful experience that helped me understand that lots of inner processes of bridge construction. Unfortunately, pandemia foreced us all to work from home which was not the way I really looked forward to to get information. So I found a place in other company by construction site.

MIIT offers a wide range of educational programs for transport and industrial engineers. It also has H+ status on Anabin. Bridge and Tunnel constructors study 5 years and become specialists. (no Magister degree needed). Graduates work at the greatest construction projects in Russia and abroad, such as: Undeground, Railway, Bridges, Civil Enginiring and Underground Complexes.
