Part of GEI, owned and operated by GUS. I am currently responsible for end-to-end Leadership and Non-Leadership hiring for the Global University Systesm with a focus on commercial, operational, IT and Finance roles across different geographies.

I was responsible for full 360* recruitment for two business Units: Studio Store (App based solutions) and Cloud solutions primarily for non-IT roles. Some of the primary roles I was working and recruited are Sales Development Representative, Channel Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Partnership Manager etc for India Market.

I was working as a Talent Acquisition executive closely with hiring managers across on complete recruitment cycle from identifying the candidate to getting the candidate on board across all the levels. My area of focus was on roles of Sales, Marketing & IT across India (Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, & Punjab) and Global Geographies. Additionally, I also supported the hiring managers in creating the JDs and social media Job Posting ads for different roles.

I was working with Egon Zehnder where I was primarily responsible for : Supporting consultants and stakeholders on End to End search assignments across the globe from creating a pitch deck, search strategy, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and creating final candidate reports. Sourcing of candidate list for different roles. I have worked extensively on talent mapping for various roles and sectors such as IT, Not for Profit, Education, Sustainability, Impact Investing, EdTech, Financial Services, etc.

I was also responsible for talent mapping and sourcing candidates for different search assignments across the Indian market in multiple sectors such as retail, industrial, not for profit for CxO level. Worked on senior level roles such as COO, Head of Commercial Business, VP Investment Banking for India Market.

I was working directly with associates & consultants mostly in UK and USA geographies by assisting them in their Business Development initiatives through preparing Business Intelligence Reports, Country Intelligence Reports, Company Profiling, and Business Research in Financial Services Domain.
