- Managing the projects & development activities of 2 - 4 MW wind turbine systems - Leading the projects from acquisition phase to Start of Production - Regular Tracking & Monitoring the Project Milestone Planning & budget controlling - Leading and cooperation with all the specialist across departments - Leading all the design activities from the concept stage to start of production and development - Co-ordination of sample development & functional product testing

- Design and drafting of front axle components of tractor along with other designers /To do analytical calculations, system analysis, and FEA - Make component drawings for Manufacture /Digital mockup for Components /Do design verifications by Analytical calculations, Finite Element analysis - To coordinate with Lab, Field testing department for design validations /Do DFMEA for components & assemblies. - Finalize main and sub aggregates based on Product Design Specification (PDS)

- Concept design based on the customer requirments - Steering gear calculation with the help of special software /Preliminary DFMEA, QFD - Coordinating with proto samples development and send the same for fitment trials at customer end - Customer end visit for the pilot samples /Cross Functional Leader for new product development projects
