• Reporting to Hub Manager South EU, the role involved establishment of local legal entity for direct sales operation, managing sales, logistics, technical support, marketing, HR, and after sales customer service in Turkish market. Achievements included developing business plans, a market segmentation sales approach and establishing budgeting, forecasting and personnel management systems and increasing sales from €1.0MM to €8MM in 4 years period.

• Responsibility of countries are Middle East, Balkans, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria &Turkey • Reporting to the EUMEA Manager, this role involved evaluating the opportunities for establishment of local entity in Turkey to be registration holder and new businesses based current portfolio to find new customers in Balkans and Middle East and register new products, and organize distribution and supply from China.
