As the Chief Engineer, I fill a key role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of my hotel as an industry-recognized leader in hospitality management services. As the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel is paramount to all guests, I ensure repairs, maintenance, and the preventative maintenance program are completed as directed. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Planning and organizing of Training for national and international Staff, performance evaluation and developing specific training programs. Facilitating After Action Reviews, maintaining the After Action Review Database, exploitation of AAR results for future projects and submission of recommendations for and information of changes to Superiors, based on AAR findings.

Concept to complete projects, acquisition of suppliers, producers as well as customers; Planning,Organizing and Supervising garment production for own fashion collections; Continuous canvassing of clients and attractive after-sales service;

Planning and supervising construction projects within a 100 km zone, Contribution to the budget plan and inspecting construction works of vendors and external contractors.

Planning, Organizing, Supervising of daily duties and Training of a Staff Company manned with more than 300 persons; Managing departments responsible for a fleet of heavy and light vehicles, various equipment and spare parts stores, garage and workshops as well as a huge kitchen; Standing in for the Chief Supply Officer (S4) as the officially appointed deputy S4;

Planning, Organizing, Supervising of daily duties and Training of a Company with more than 100 persons in Engineering; Planning support, organizing all training of new incoming personnel for future real emergency operation according to a contingency plan; Supportive and independent direction of emergency operation with close cooperation of national local entities and private enterprises;
