• implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV at SME using the Sure Strep methodology • set up the project charter and the project plan • organize meetings with the customer to analyse the requirements • write out the business processes • coordination with the Development Project Manager for the development of tailor made applications • regular workshops at the customer to review and discuss solutions, adjustments and/or tailor made applications • train the key and end users and assist them in the testing phase

• cover the internal order flow with the ultimate purpose to deliver the customer complete and on time • supervise, coordinate and motivate the different departments within the organization (customer service, warehouse, purchase, transport) • management and optimization of the software • support the general manager • direct responsibility for 5 employees

responsible for SAP testing, JBA implmentation and whole process flow of EDI and VMI implementations

• coordinator between the sales offices and the distribution and planning departments • follow-up of key account orders • follow-up of invoicing and complaints • regular visits to, and daily phone contacts with, our European subsidiaries • reorganization of the returns handling department • reorganization of the Order Administration department
