At HCL Technologies, a leading multinational IT product and service provider, I served as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in business prioritization and operational tasks. My responsibilities included developing business requirements, monitoring and managing application and database servers, and generating detailed weekly and monthly reports., troubleshooting both minor and major system problems, ensuring meeting (SLA) commitments.

During my tenure at Virtusa, I served as an Associate Consultant specializing in Java. My role involved developing REST APIs based on system requirements, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and timely defect resolution for release milestones. I was responsible for API testing, debugging, and writing unit test cases that adhered to Sonar coverage standards. My work also included end-to-end testing of the developed solutions to ensure their functionality and reliability.
