Managed the deployment of the technical portion of a market intelligence project, employing 3 long-standing methodologies for future prospecting in order to create the backdrop for Latin American agriculture in 2030. Developed 4 additional projects, which entailed: analyzing trends; studying customer profiles; prospecting for future business and charting regulatory risks, all involving multiple methodologies. Structure an emerging program geared towards advocating a Syngenta active ingredient before regulatory agencies, in an effort to have a unified governance, centralized budget and visibility to the results in order to carry out the strategy. Additionally, structured the projects within a program to develop new technology forplanting sugarcane in Latin America (PLENE) within one year; and served as the secretary of the Latin American R&D Product Development Committee.

Deployed project management in the area of SEEDS Biotechnology in Latin America from 2011-2012 in an effort to unify the governance of SEEDS and CROP PROTECTION projects: structured the investment portfolio within projects, recruited the staff and formalized the Global Governance Committee for Biotechnology Development. Aside of managing Herbicide, Insecticide and Urban Pest Control (L&G) development projects.

Coordinated the production of technical information on herbicides in R&D development, leading the field staff, drafting the initial protocols to merge with the results in order to create a recommendation on the technical positioning for marketing and registration dossiers.

Broadened AMIS's portfolio from 3 research panels (soy, cotton and corn) to over 10 annual surveys (tomato, potato, cabbage, grape, cucumber, sugar cane, beans), and expanded the panel to include the animal health market in an effort to acquire new customers and expand into new industries. Launched a customer loyalty program to drive sales. Rolled out improvements in the quality of operations.
