Leading the evolution of the mACP ecosystem and companion tools (GUI & GLUE), driving scalability and alignment with the bank’s digital roadmap. I manage a cross-functional engineering team across mobile, API, and configuration systems, defining technical direction, ensuring delivery quality, and mentoring engineers. I partner with stakeholders on roadmap execution and drive best practices in CI/CD, architecture, and engineering excellence.

Led the design and delivery of the bank’s mobile and integration platforms, including mACP and configuration tools (GUI & GLUE), improving digital banking operations and system configurability. Architected .NET REST APIs for secure core banking integration, redesigned mobile apps using Ionic/Angular, and built early Framework7 prototypes. Delivered Angular-based tools backed by .NET services, mentored engineers, and ensured scalable, high-quality delivery.

Led the design and development of mACP, a mobile access control and credit management platform, evolving it from a hybrid app to a cross-platform solution. Built the initial Framework7/Cordova app, designed .NET Web APIs with WCF integration and XML-driven UI generation, then re-architected the solution using Xamarin for improved performance and consistency. Enhanced data synchronization and backend reliability, and collaborated across teams to ensure scalable architecture, delivery quality.
