Daily monitoring/management/coordination of clinical research studies (Phase I – IV); Proactive problem resolution and ongoing data reconciliation in-stream and at study end; Management/Coordination of the Request Log Database for the EU, South Africa and Russia; Preparation and coordination of documentation/reports, compiling/maintaining study dossiers; Client Liaison – effectively communicating with internal and external customers as well as third party vendors; Training new staff

Management, organization, coordination, and monitoring of projects; Liaising and negotiating with suppliers; Problem solving; Maintaining communication between departments to ensure deadlines are met

Performing analytical laboratory tests such as HPLC, electrophoresis, blood group and antibody analysis, etc.; Quality Control, SOP development; Data recording, analysis, evaluation, entry into the computer system; Specimen evaluation and filing; Training new staff

Research Project: Structure and function of pore forming toxins (involving collection, analysis, evaluation and synthesis of information and knowledge)

Dissertation:Usage of plants for the production and commercialization of vaccines and therapeutics (refining my research skills&expanding my knowledge of research concepts,drawing out key issues succinctly,analyzing&evaluating data;covered areas are politics,ethics,economics,and public perception)
