• Review of invoices, PO, ageing analysis, payables management, vendor management, debtor management, • Arranging for international travels for employees and processing credit cards payments for employee travel. • Generate weekly aging reports like Sundry debtor and Creditor. • Invoice Booking and doing follow ups with the vendor in case of Short Qty and Rate Mismatch • Issues Receiving Import & Exports bills from the vendor and same booking in SAP • Processing import payments & NRI salaries.

• Processing automatic payments for checks, wire transfers & other tax payments. • Reporting related to expenses analysis & related variances in INR & USD. • Down payment requests & related releases in automated payments • Generation of reports related to Accounts payables, Accounts receivables & general ledger for more than one currency. • Input of MIRO (after considering MIGO, Accounting documents & purchase orders), Vendor invoice & Journals • Automatic clearing of GRIR & other required G/L.
