Staff member of Rural Development and Environment Department in charge of service contracts procurement (acquisition), coordination, management and backstopping. High-quality and customer-focused project management in line with the technical and formal criteria of the contract and/or bid. Implementation of sector-specific consultancy activities. Responsible for the Department's acquisition portfolio in ENPI East and South countries. Mentoring of junior consultants and business support staff.

Development of market and trends analysis for the MENA region; support of the project acquisition and implementation process within the companies and departments of the GOPA Group; facilitation of the transfer and exchange of specific knowledge on the regions into the respective units of the GOPA Group; assistance to better integration of the knowledge and the networks of representatives into the regional structure of the GOPA Group.
