Analysis and development of safety-related requirements for the vehicle high-voltage architecture, considering functional and electrical safety in accordance with ISO26262 und 6469-3. Electrical simulations :protection against electric shock, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit conditions, including analysis of their effects on high-voltage components and system behavior. System Designer for bidirectional DC/DC conversion between the high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems (HV DC LV DC).

Technical responsibility for the development, integration, validation, and release of high-voltage HVAC components, including power electronics systems integration within the vehicle high-voltage architecture.

Led the simultaneous engineering team for the development of a high-voltage coolant heater, including quality issue management, system-level failure analysis, and power electronics systems integration.

Function development and prototype build for electrically actuated automotive HVAC air vents, enabling touchscreen-controlled airflow direction via stepper-motor-driven louvers.
