Supporting the VW Monitor appointed by the Department of Justice (DoJ) as part of the Dieselgate Plea Agreement, with special focus on Risk Management program and the implementation of a new Internal Control System (ICS) across the VW Group. The support required review of the work performed by the RMS/ICS AoF, identifying gaps, enhancing the work product with focus on preparation of the reporting for Year 2 of the Monitor.
