Consulting activities for a private equity fund which invests in various businesses across the retail and luxury industry in Spain. Main aspects of the work have been strategic positioning, growth opportunities and turn around management as well as market analysis, Industry analysis and Strategic evaluation of target companies and financial analysis of companies and Valuations for the following Industries: Spanish Fashion Industry, Retail Industry, Consumer goods.

Team Leader activity with direct reporting to the Management Board in Germany and India. Development of distribution and logistical solutions, budgeting, determining growth strategies and controlling the supply chain channel. Some of the regular work activities included the following: Conducting weekly and monthly management reports, market and industry analysis as well as forecasts for the Design Division in terms of Sales, Costs and Profits.
