• In charge of the Business Case for the Human Resources Transformation project (HRT), involving creating and managing the Financial Model and Budget, and its presentation to the HR Global CEO. • Created the Allocation Cost Model for the €300MM investment. • Responsible for the Financial Impact Model and the Planning Dialogue Guidance, explaining to all the companies in Allianz worldwide their financial impact due to HRT. • Supported the establishment of the HR Finance function and governance worldwide.
