Development of a LABVIEW software to render Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images in a three-dimensional volume. The OCT technology is able to generate images of internal parts of organs and detect possible anomalies without the need for surgery. Using LabVIEW as a tool for data manipulation, the project consisted of developing a software to read and process OCT image stacks of a human eye model to generate a three-dimensional volume of the object.
