Sale and service of communication equipment, HF, VHF, UHF and satellite communication, Tetra, for customers from both private and governmental sector. As part of the sale, I designed communication solutions for our customers, as example, complete fire dispatch system, from incoming calls via landlines, mobile phones through the dispatch system

Planned training for technicians, and performed Quality Control on Air Traffic Equipment, i was approved as certifier for ATC equipment in coordination with USAF and with FAA requirements. Further I was used to train our new supervisors in their daily tasks. Developed our QC system, including personnel evaluation of technician maintaining ATC equipment, and certificated ATC equipment according to FAA standards.

Supervision of 12 operators in the Consolidated Communication Centre, a joined operation of work dispatchers, fire/emergency dispatchers and taxi dispatchers. Further I was handling the Quality control of our technical departments, maintaining Air Traffic Equipment for USAF on Thule Air force Base

Supervise the maintainer crew for Air Traffic, Instrument landing, and approach radar at Thule Air Base. Ensure that the technicians was competent and trained in the task they had, and fulfilled the requirements from USAF
