The mission was to develop the strategy for the new company and launch a new market plan. The company objective is to grow through Mergers & Aquistions. Under my leadership Quadracom has grown 10 times in four years. When I started at Quadracom the turn over was around 25 MSEK and the business was not profitable. The 2010 was 178 MSEK and the EBIT over 20 MSEK. The 2011 sales are expected to reach 250 MSEK.

My responsibilities was to build this new team at TeliaSonera. The purpose was to be more efficient and serve the sales teams in a better way. The Integration Team was responsible fo all technical designs and bid Management for the top 300 largest customers accounts. At the end of 2007 the team had served the sales teams with more and better solutions and reduced the cost with more than 30%. At the end of 2007 the team was working with businesses worth more than 5 BSEK.

The mission was to develop business strategies and develop solutions that increased sales for TeliaSoneras most important customers. My mission was to identify all the actions that each and every customer made and understand why it happened. We developed a datamining program to identify the behavior of the customers. To be able to use all information storedge by the databases it was necessary to get a approval from the customer. To get this approval we built a bonusprogram, Telia Fördel. The program gave the customer bonuses depending of usedge of services. Within a year the program was brought to the market.
