Starting a bussines to develop, market and sell Software in an end to end fashion. While this self-employment was centered around developing small scale software, following blue ocean strategies, it was open to commisional work as well, as to contractual end to end IT Project work.

Accompanied a company carve out, fullfilling several roles at once. In this took part in all dimensions of project management and IT I&O. From being source for IT architecture of global IT Systems, to driving collab. in global projects, to keep their output driven focus. Besides that, I kept technical context in my work through realization of exceptional solutions for country based production- and research-environments, as well as acting as technical lead for SharePoint and general Office 365 Servicesstack.

Managing soft- and hardware environment for 4 laboratories. Mediation between specialty department and IT (internal and external). Developing usercentric individual solutions (C#, WPF), administration-, configuration- and enhancement of labsoftware (Accelrys ELN, -Isentris, Agilent EZChrome).
