Product Management for xDSL solutions covering all European markets in a technical presales & sales role. Key customers where all major Telco operators in Europe. Gained a very significant experience in both embedded electronics development and working with customers on specifying requirements in a highly technical environment.

International show to promote Ericsson's 3rd generation mobile telephony. Programme manager (moderator) in India, Israel and Romania. Gained very valuable knowledge and experience in presenting and communicating to a broad range of cultures.

Create and manage an international software develoment and training center. It incorporated the following businesses: - Software center for development of 2.5 and 3rd generation mobile network. - Training centre for Ericsson network technologies. Network and application development and testing (QA). - Implementation of development processes and quality assurance systems. - Cooperation with local universities and professors.

Responsible for all development projects in the design center. Projects were executed in close cooperation with system engineers in Denmark (required a lot of virtual team management). Initiated and implemented the strategy for quality assurance both locally and in Denmark.

Software system development including analysis, design, implementation, test and hand-over. Furthermore, training colleagues in system analysis, design, implementation and test. Programming languages: C, C++, Modula-2 and assembly, SDL Operation systems: UNIX, Windows and Ericsson’s proprietary software development platform (embedded software development)
