Served as the key quality interface for major automotive customers including BMW, Daimler, Volvo, ZF, Brose, Fiat, CAT, CNH, and John Deere. Led customer complaint resolution, quality audits, product safety compliance activities, and cross-functional APQP projects. Contributed to continuous quality improvement, customer satisfaction, and product safety excellence within a highly regulated automotive environment.
