- Responsible for World Class Manufacturing Customer Service & Logistics pillar - Designed a solution for internal logistics, which reduced the number of operators by 3 and eliminated 50% of the line-side stock for a production area - Coordinated the factory’s Safety Risk Assessment committee - Participated in focused improvement projects, kaizens (main tools used: 5W1H, 5 Why, 5S) - Developed & automatized reports (eg. stock report, production plan vs. actual)
