Offshore platform decommissioning and stacking projects, budget $18M. Autrotripping and 5 years inspections project, budget $8M

Developed scope, budget and schedule for the reactivation of 9 facilities and 3 reactivation scenarios each. Planned the annual budget for the department and associated projects. Developed and implemented project controls system in SQL database. Assisted implementation of document control system.

Developed and implemented KPI tracking system in SQL database. Refined the scope, prepared budget, schedule and managed offshore platform ‘NCB’ upgrade project 
phase 1. Completion on time and $1.7M under budget, with zero loss-time incident, budget $18M. Prepared budget and schedule for offshore platform ‘NCB’ upgrade project phase 2, budget $28M. Prepared scope, budget, managed client expectations and managed offshore platform ‘NB1’ new 
operational area and crew familiarization project, budget $21M.

Ultra deep-water new build drillship Program, budget $2.6 billions. New build program consisted of 4 drillship. All drillship were delivered fully commissioned, all crew members fully trained and started their drilling programs upon arrival on the drilling site. 11 millions man-hours worked with zero loss-time incident. Completed the program $80 millions under budget and 2 months ahead of time. The program has a world record in delivery and a Lloyd list award winner 2015 North America.

Managed Corporate standards project. Developed phase-gate process, generic work breakdown structure and risk management philosophy. Managed lessons learned project and subsequent operationalization. Managed variation orders preparation for the the fleet and executed the project once approved. Created a system (SQL database) to assist the E&I departments issuing cable termination diagrams.

Project: Gas-FPSO Cidade de São Mateus, budget $634 millions Managed the client interface and contract compliance. Managed EPC contract for the 3 HP gas compression modules. Managed Brazilian regulatory compliance (ANP, IBAMA, NRs and DPC). Managed the FPSO importation process to record time of just 4 days instead the typical 30 days. Managed FPSO mooring installation, riser pull-in and first-gas.

Project: Polvo FPSO, budget $277 millions Managed Brazilian regulatory compliance (ANP, IBAMA, NRs and DPC). Prepared the FPSO for importation in Brazil.

Project: FPU P-53 Guided engineering and procurement departments to work according to commissioning priorities and goals. Prepared commissioning and start-up plan, schedule, manpower, temporary equipment and vendor mobilization

Project: FPSO P-48 Led commissioning technicians to complete commissioning and startup of the topsides systems

Project: Barracuda and Caratinga Fields Development (FPSO P-43 and P-48), budget $2.5 billions. Coordinated supplier surveillance and packages management. Coordinated technical interface between equipment vendors during module fabrication phase. Prepared 4 HP gas compression modules and 2 utility modules for heavy lift operations. Managed punch list closure and corrective actions.

Identified multiple insurance fraud rings. Implemented additional controls to identify possible frauds. Implemented data mining and fraud profiling SQL database system.

Resolved recurrent equipment breakdown causing plant downtime. Coordinated reactivation of a processing unit
